We will be moving within a few weeks and I'm not sure what kind of space I'll have for storing soap. I'm wondering if it would be appropriate to shrink wrap my salt bars (they are all more than 6 months old) before we move, for storage. I do sell them, and they would be shrink wrapped eventually anyway when ready to sell.

I shrink wrapped my salt bars at about a month (after making) and they have held up just fine in all the time afterward. Since I live in high humidity in the summer, it was absolutely necessary. At this point, I still have some that were made in 2018 still shrink-wrapped and no problems.

Thank you, @earlene. That is just what I was hoping to hear :) .
