Shower gels and bubble baths are separating

I got a base from WSP and been experimenting with making shower gels and bubble bath (from their bubble wash concentrate and clear bubble bath) and both of these products are separating after sitting about a week. Thru my research I'm thinking it's because these bases are water based and my FO are not combining. I'm going to try adding polysorbate 20 (any thoughts?) but not sure sure how much to add. Thanks!

If you have a better idea please let me know

try pre-mixing equal parts PS and FO. then blend into the soap.
you may want to warm the soap very gently first.

I will try that for my next batch, is there anything I can do to save this one??
