shower gel and bubble bath foaming?

does anyone have suggestions for keeping ur gels and bubblies from foaming up when mixing or what to do if they do?

had some super cranktastical trouble with it the night before and couldn't figure out what the heck to do

stir slowly and gently.
if they do, I warm very gently to thin it temporarily then let it sit.
