I'd love to see how everyone is wrapping and labelling their soaps.

Show me some eye candy?? please?

Edited to ask: Oops....did I ask the wrong thing? Is packaging something that isn't normally shown here?

I'm in the process of changing my whole deal. New logo - everything. It's funny how much you learn about what works and what doesn't after awhile...

I haven't found much in the way of packaging pictures here, but if you go to flickr.com and search for "soap packaging" there are some cool groups to look at.

And no, you didn't ask anything wrong! ;) Sometimes I find the search button to not be that helpful (maybe I'm doing it wrong?). I'm all for new posts!

Here's my soap packaging, although it keeps changing ;)

I use boxes with the leaf hole in it, will try and post pics, I saw some people selling at the farmers market, no packaging at all, you can ask for indgr. list, and they give you a bag anf flier with their email, scents etc., iam working on getting in my first craft show and may offer boxes or not?sure would save money, the boxes are 25 cents a piece.

I mostly do cigar bands. But I recently did this Egyptian soap and thought it should be wrapped accordingly:) The white scroll on top is the ingredient list.

This is a new package I am working on .IRL the tag on the back will be my business card with ingredient label on the back of it .

Dixie -

HTF did you get your soap to look like that! That is flipping amazing! It looks like a crazy piece of artwork!!

WOW!

i'd like to do something that looks nice, is quick and doesn't have 13.724 pieces per wrap; def. don't have the patience for that

the wife has a xyron; actually 2 - sticker maker and the large one. might have to steal those :)

i like the idea someone had about the old-style french fry bags, and that type of paper (lack of words - worked last night, head not working yet) :)

Saltysteele, it was an accident. That soap did not turn out like I wanted, except for the 3-D pyramid part. But thank you for the complement.

kitn that is a gorgeous bag! R U sharing?;)

I would like to find some unbleached parchment paper to wrap my soap in.

very very cool! I've been working all day on a cigar band but it's for the swap so shhh :)

I never would have thought of a little gift bag like that. That's so nifty and creative!
