Is there a way to shorten cure time? I have a food dehydrater and I was wondering if I could put bars inside of it. The lowest temp setting is 95°. Would this give me undesirable results?

i dont think that would work. If you hp you can use after 2 wks, discounting water doesnt shorten cure time, you still should cure for 4 wks. the wait is worth it.

Lower the temp setting to 95 degrees. LOL All I would have to do here is put them outside. It has been over 95 here for over a week.

they only way i know is HP
In my opinion, HP still needs about a 4 week cure to reach it's best (or close to best - more tome is better, HP or CP).

The food dehydrator will melt your soap. Many people have tried it.

I've used my HP within a few days, and it was fine. Was as hard as a rock the next day. The same recipe in CP was still a bit soft 5 weeks later. I'm quite fond of HP, although with milk soaps, you tend to have a "burnt milk" smell for a few days. Tried every heating method and it still happens to me. Not a huge deal, though, as it does fade.

i'm sure it was great the next day - but set it aside for 4 weeks and see what you get then!
