Good morning soapers. My question is for the milk soapers. I was wondering if milk shortens the life of cp soap. I use all milk. I also use ROE and sodium lactate. My oldest bar is 7 months and still looks good.
How old are some of your milk soaps?

Well...for me it really depends. I use all milk in my soap too...I guess I haven't even tried a handmade soap without milk in it, so I don't know if my reply will really help you or not. :D Mine doesn't last long at all when it's left on a little shelf in the shower. I think it's because it stays too wet. I have some milk soap in a dry dish by the sink though, and it still looks great after a month. So...I don't know that adding milk will really make it less long-lasting. I guess I am wondering the same thing you are :D From what I've read from other soapers that don't use milk, theirs lasts as long as my milk soap.
Hope this helps a little! :D :D :D
