I am a new and dont know how to start to make a shampoo bar thats why
I need help from an expert who can create a good pH-balanced shampoo bar recipe for me to try. It should be made with natural oils, and I also want suggestions on how long I can store it.

If you want a pH balanced soap for hair, you're looking for the impossible. A syndet (synthetic detergent) shampoo is better suited to use for hair.
