I am officially an FO addict. This is one called Sensual Amber and it's my first layer with a Mica Line. It smells to die for and I wanted to the bottom layer to look like a dark red amber...not quite but I'm not unhappy...Thanks for looking!

I still have some clean up to do on the soap - these are just cut....

oh my gosh, those look awesome! I love those two colors together.
(I also have an FO problem....I want to try them all)

great color and texture! i have tried a couple ambers, but they always come out smelling like a cross between musk and baby powder!

btw, that pooh bear is a doll-baby! toy or teacup? thank goodness for our little friends, as they love us no matter how much f/o's we buy! LOL!

They came out wonderfully Lindy! The mica line is great too. That bottom amber layer looks like real amber (fossilised tree resin) to me...what was the effect you were looking for? The top layer's colour is beautiful....a soft, pretty almost avocado green on my monitor. Beautiful!

Tanya :)

Wow, GORGEOUS!! I love how they are rounded on top. I'm always fiddling with my soap to get fancy tops, but it doesn't usually happen. :?

Thanks everyone... :p ...

Heartsong - Pooh Bear is a Toy Poodle..and yeah I think he's a cutie too.... :D

Tanya - yup that was what I was going for and it looks right once I look at it again. You know how it goes that by the time you've unmolded and cut you're second guessing yourself? Well I'm really good at that one.... :?

Ashley - thanks by the time I had finished pouring it was getting rather thick so that was a happy accident....

Fab layer Lindy, soooo straight 8)
Really like the shape of that slice, the colours work so well together :D

Thank you Corrie....I so love the smell of this one....I have definately become more "appreciative" of FO's.....

That looks like a piece of nice orange cake yummmmmm, love the color combination!!!

Very clever

Lindy you are sooh creative.
I am thinking of a coment you made about my soaping and I think you are greatly underestimating how you abilities have mushroomed over time.
That soap is scrumptious.

Looks awesome Linda! I know it's not the color you were going for but I love it.

"amber romance" from natures garden is good. I did hp, though, havent done it in cp, yet!

Thanks everyone - this one is a real treat and is today's favourite but you know how that goes....

The colour is what I was going for the more I look at it so I have decided I'mk happy with it....This is one I definately will be putting into my full-time line of soaps.....

Honor I have tried Amber Romance yet - I think I want to try a few more of them and I just smelled Mango Madness for the first time and loved it - so now I need that one too - come to think of it there are a whole bunch that I want - that is so sad......
