I came home and decided to cut my soap even though it was still feeling pretty soft. The knife I used dragged through in a few places and I think I need to neaten up my bars (and learn to cut straight), but here it is :)

And while I was taking my pictures, my cat decided to try and be helpful...

They look nice! What color/fragrance are they? We jjust got back from Lowe's and bought 3 inch PVC pipe to make round molds, is that what you used? We also got wood...I want my hubby to make me some wood loaf molds

Love your kitty by the way! I have a black one named Charlie!

I used black and Queen Kathryn micas for the colors and the scent is Twilight Woods, I was going for a red and black swirl that did not work the way I planned, but it is not a total failure, so I am happy. Yes, my kitty soap guard is named Bedlam :)

Looks like a success to me!! Pretty soap! I have a black kitty named Annika but my soap guard is a female orange tabby named Pink (long story) lol.

Love it! My kitties stay away from my soaps. I don't think they appreciate the scents as much as I do. Plus, one of them is 14 and is only interested in snoozing on the kitchen heater for the most part. Looks like you are well on your way to soaping Badger! Yay!

Thank you all very much! I am anxiously awaiting my next batch being ready to unmold so I can see how the colors worked out in it. I should be able to make 3 more batches of this recipe before I run out of oil, then I have to wait til next month to buy more oils :-(
