one last scurb question,, if you have a good sounding recipe for a sugar scrub is it possible to just switch out the sugar for salt? or would that throw off the entire recipe????

I use the same recipe for sugar and salt - just switch out 1 for the other - never had an issue.

it is possible, but be aware that salt scrubs are more likely to "sweat"

What does that mean carebear? I have never heard the word sweat associated w/ a scrub.

Do you put preservatives in your scrubs? I made two, one salt and one sugar, with an average recipe I got online (oils, not water) but ground up homemade soap to add to each scrub. Should I be ordering some Germaben Plus or something like that?
