I just made my first batch of RTCP (mint chocolate cream!) and it looks/smells great. It's in several molds of varying types.

1 log mold (Velveeta/plastic)
2 trays mini hearts (silicone)
2 larger hearts (silicone)

Do I need to cover/wrap/insulate these??

(I do have a heating pad if necessary, as well)

Only insulate it if you want it to gel...do you usually gel your soap?
If I was doing whipped RTCP, I would say no, just leave it along for it to do it's think. I am thinking it might lose some of it's whippedness if it were to gel.

Sounds logical  - I usually do gel mine, the one time I tried to not gel it the results were FUGLY. :/

But I agree with the whipped it might be better not to.. anyone who's done this and knows for sure please LMK!

Thanks for chiming in, for now I'll leave them uncovered hehehe
