Rose Clay versus French Pink Clay

i was wondering if anyone could tell me the difference between these two clays. Some places I see them used interchangeably, but I find they are distinctly different. My supplier for the rose clay was out for months and it was replaced by the French pink clay, which, at least for this current batch, gives a much oranger hue. Anyone else have issues finding rose clay? Someone know of a good supplier for it?

Rose clay is Kaolin clay.
Where are you located? In the United States, The Chemistry Store has French pink clay for sale and Bramble Berry has rose clay. Soap Goods seems to carry both.

Yes, I’m in the states. I will look at those suppliers and see if I can get what I’m accustomed to.
