Request to make Cinnamon scented soap...

...and I'm a bit leery about using the EO.

The request is for a Cinnamon scented Essential Oil soap. I know cinnamon is a very potent, hot oil and am not sure at what percentage I should use it at to get enough scent without it being potentially harmful.

My recipe will have a total of:
24 oz of oils
7.5oz goats milk
3.1oz lye

What amount of cinnamon EO should I add to get a nice cinnamon scent?

I use around .25% blending clove and cinnamon in a 1:2 ratio. (This is blended with orange, but even at .25% of total weight, it is plenty scented, and I've never had an issue with the skin sensitivity.

I use cinnamon (cassia) bark EO at half the rate of most other EOs. That is 0.25 oz PPO. It works fine. It also blends well with other scents.
