i have been searching everywhere and for the life of me cant find a recipie for lotion that uses goats milk. please help asap!!!

You can replace 10-12% of the water in a recipe with goat's milk. The higher you go, the riskier it is to have your preservative lose effectiveness.

Don't go over the 12% and I've found that Germall Plus is the most effective with milk products - just use it at the full .5% recommended usage.

I should also mentioned that you should be careful not to add too many extras when using goat's milk. For example - I've read that oatmeal powder and goat's milk together will be too much for preservative to handle... I've only read that tho, never tested for myself... maybe someone knows more about that?

Healinya that is the same information I've been given. That's the same reason you don't want to go over 12% GM - more than overpowers the preservative.

If you want to do an oatmeal lotion then use oatmeal flour at about 2% and use either water or Aloe Extract..... that makes an amazing lotion...
