Recipe: shower steamers for a cold

Would anyone be willing to share a simple recipe to make shower steamers? It's for personal use as my young one has another cold. Thanks!

p.s. I'm ordering from Amazon for fast delivery - 2 ounces of crystals should be enough, right?

I use this one. 1 C BS, 1/2 citric acid, 1/4 c Corn starch, .50 oz menthol crystals dissolved in 91% alcohol (just enough to dissolve them. Then 10 drops of the EO of your choice. I like peppermint and eucalyptus.
