I have some CP soap that I made a couple of weeks ago...a version of the almond joy soap found on the miller site...and I really love it smells great! :D But I had used a random baking pan and so they are odd shaped now...so was wondering if it would be ok to just rebatch it and remold it so I can cut it up into real sized bars?

Also another question sort of along the same lines (just thinking while I am typing) If I had made a test batch and then wanted to add to it to make a larger amount could I "rebatch" the test batch and then add it to the new batch?

Thanks,
Sandy

hi sandy

yes

grate you soap batch,
put it in a pan,
add fluid (milk, water)
stir well and put in the oven at 230F
let it here for about 1 to 2 hours (when its too dry looking, add a little more fluid)

here are some great pictures of the process, though the site is in dutch, the pictures speak for themselve

yes, but you'll keep a difference in color/texture
sometimes that is really nice effect.
