Good Morning everyone, I've been playing with rebatching in the microwave and I've come up with something that is working for me so I thought I'll share. I'm know someone has discovered this before, but I haven't seen it posted.

What I'm doing is using my microwave at 30% power with my first run for 10 minutes then I add my liquids and do it at 3 - 5 minute bursts until smooth enough for my liking.

I'm just not patient enough to use the oven - - and I don't like the stove top method so this is what I'm using now.

Cheers

Thanks Lindy for posting your results. I use a direct heat method, but your method sounds like it turns out smoother batter. I'll try it next time the rebatch bug hits.

Paul
