Really silly question

I am sure that this is a really stupid question, but here goes....
I notice on the soapcalc9 it has flaxseed oil.... Can I use the oil from flaxseed capsules?

Read the label & see if it 100% flaxseed oil or if it isn't a few different ingredients. I might contain something to aid in digestion, is dispertion or who knows what else....
