I have a 1/3 oz roll on and I want to use a combination black tea & vanilla FO. I use them in soap and they smell great.

I'm wondering what a safe ratio is, it's just for myself so I thought of using veg oil or castor oil.

Some fos are not body safe no matter what the ratio is. There is a diff in soap safe, body safe & lip safe. Soap afe is only for wash of products like soap, shwer gel, etc. Body safe is a special grade that can be used for leave on applications like lotion, body mist, roller bottles, etc. I would check w/ the supplier first to see if it is body safe & then see if they have a rate listed for safe max %. Each fo is going to be diff.

Great advice Tabitha. I had to check the website for the Black Tea it says "safe for all applications" and the vanilla is clearly marked body safe.

Thanks :)
