Thanks for the quick answer I have been doing lots of experimenting lately. I've never used milk powder, but wondered if it would help dissolve dead skin along with the sugar.
oh, I was assuming that the scrubs were formulated with a preservative to protect against spoilage. Even though they are anhydrous the likelihood of contamination with water is quite high.
That's what I was wondering. I know a preservative will help with any water that gets in, I'm just wondering if any drops of water would turn the powder into something that will smell very bad quickly.
Well, the experiment is most of the fun anyway. I'm gonna try it a few different ways and see what happens. I really need to replace my broken camera - I've been creating some some pretty cool things that I wish I had pictures for.
The water would rehydrate the powder so I would think you would need a preservative that would work keeping milk fresh. Maybe a short exp date too? Maybe single serving containers???
