Questions to Ask a Retailer

After reading a post on another forum, I want to share this information. If an unknown retailer contacts you with a request for you to supply wholesale products, you might consider asking them these questions. If anyone can add to the list, please do.
These are some things any wholesale provider should require along with questions to ask a retail client:


"Can you provide us with the name of your business as
well as a contact phone number for you. You will also need to supply resale license
information as well as wholesale documentation license for you, as
well as copies of the following: A copy of your business permit and
Taxation information.

References. Ask for the contact info/name of a few of their other wholesalers and/or former wholesalers, so you can ask them questions about the retailer, like "Are there problems with being paid on time?" or "Have you had any problems with them?", etc.
