Can someone please tell me how I can make a transparent soap? It doesnt have to be clear like the glycerine soap but somewhat transparent

I have never made it before but I think you use alcohol for the liquid. I think I remember reading that its kinda complicated..

Yeah, it's a bit complicated but can be done. My only worry is blowing up the house

If you really want to get into it I would recommend Catherine Failors Transparent soap book.

I did it like three times following the directions of the book mentioned before. It was very scary, and the first time I almost burned my kitchen. At the end I had a clear soap base but not as clear as I could find in the market, so I decided it was too much work and stress for nothing. It was not a fun project to do.
