So i want to reduce the chance of DOS and rancidity in my soap recipe and want to add sodium citrate, i found out how in Citrate | Soapy Stuff , they say "Typical dosage for sodium citrate is 13 g to 39 g sodium citrate powder for every 1,000 g oils (1.3% to 3.9% ppo). Use more for hard water, less for soft. and im confused and dont quite get the math, my soap recipe is going to be 380.16 grams, how much sodium citrate should i use exactly?
And also i heard that sodium citrate goes well with an antioxidant so i have Antioxidant BHT, and how much should i add of it to my recipe?
Thanks,
Makara
