Question about lining molds....

Hi!

I have a glass baking dish I want to use as a mold and I'm wondering what's the best thing to line it with? I know a lot of people use freezer paper. What about cooking spray, could I use that?

I use a glass Bundt Cake pan and I spray it with cooking oil - works really well....for something like a loaf pan you could do the spray and then have a piece of freezer paper that fits in the very bottom of the pan. I also find that freezer paper is an amazing thing - I use it for all my loaf and tray molds....
