Question about carrier oils.

Hi all,
I'm going to make completely raw vegan body butters for my spiritual shop and I have no clue how much of each oil I will need for each recipe. Is there a specific ratio of oil to butter that I dont know about or is it basically a trial and error kind of thing because I'm planning to have around 9 different oils in this body Butter

Does it not strike you as a clear "cart before the horse" scenario when you decide to make something to sell that you have never made before?

I imagine that you don't make everything in your shop - you could also buy the butters wholesale from someone who already makes them
