I have some super fine pumice powder I want to use, any idea how much I should add PPO? Its fine enough you can wet it and apply directly to skin without it being scratchy.
I was thinking 1/8 cup PPO. This will be a mans soap for those extra dirty days.

My bf has rhino skin on his back... Actually sharpened his wooden back scratcher when he bought it, and his SKIN filed it back down so he's resharpened it once. But I put some basil in a hand soap... And he wouldn't stop complaining about how rough it was and that it hurt his hands.

My hubby didn't like the coffee soap I made, said it feels like gravel lol. I tried a sliver of the pumice soap and it doesn't feel like enough but its such a fine grade, I'm not surprised. The dry pumice almost feels like powdered sugar, I might need to get some thats a bit grittier for mechanics soap.
It will make a nice facial scrub though, need to find something to do with 2lbs of it:roll:

Edit: I just sliced the loaf and since I fully gelled it, I tried a end piece. I can feel the pumice if I run my thumbs over the soap but I can't feel it at all when washing with it. I might take it into the shower tomorrow for a test. I might end up liking this soap for myself. What I do really like it the pumice didn't discolor the soap so I can put it with pretty colors.
