I'm going to pre-melt and mix my oils for a batch of soap I am making on Saturday. I was wondering if I could go ahead and add the goat milk powder to the oils like I normally do and then set it all in the fridge. Will the goat milk powder go bad or will it be ok until I heat the oils back up on Saturday?

Todd, I just got some GM powder today and I wondered if you tried this, and if so how it worked out?

Yes it works very well. As soon as my oils are done melting I add GMP to them and I use my SB to break up the clumps and mix it really well. As my oils are cooling down in the fridge, I take them out a couple of times and hit them with the SB for a few seconds. I usually hit the oils 3 times before they get to 80°F. You can mix them as many times as you want but I have had no problem with 3 times. By then the powder is completely full of oil and you won't get any streaking from the powder in your finished soap.
