When you are in the album at Photobucket, click below the pic you want to post where it says "direct link". You should then see a yellow tab blink that says "copied".
In the "message body" box for your post here at the forum, click the "Img" box. Then paste the link from Photobucket, and click Img once more.
It should look like this:
