I am in search of a recipe to clone or come close to Palmer's Coco Butter Lotion...has anyone come across a recipe for this or have one that you wouldn't mind sharing?

I can't really answer this question, but I love the smell of Palmer's. I recently bought a 5lb block of organiz cocoa butter from Essentials Depot and it smells DIVINE! I can't wait for the weekend to roll around so I can make some lotion bars with it! Those are really easy to do. Use equal parts cocoa butter, beeswax, and an oil, I like coconut oil, melt, mold, and pop in the freezer for a while. Once they are firm, pop them out of the mold and rub it between your hands, and viola!

Lizflowers42, I love the smell and consistency of Palmers and have used it for years! Making my own soaps and lotions now I feel like I should make this because I feel guilty every time I buy it! But I can't give it up...at least not until I can duplicate it!

It looks like a basic lotion recipe using cocoa butter and palm oil, except for the petroleum & mineral oil.
The hardest part is probably going to be figuring out the right fragrance.
