Just a little advice I can give you from selling at a lot of farmers markets and craft shows. Give samples out that keep your customers at your table. For example, I let my customers try out some of my hand lotion at the table as I am talking with them. Most people like the lotion and than will buy other products also. It gives me time to talk to them about all of my products. I noticed if you offer samples that the customer could just walk away with, some come back to buy but you are spending a lot of time and money to give customers free product that you probably won't ever see again.
