order is taking so long to get here

I did a small order with a company on 11/10 and I still have no USPS receipt to show a tracking number. I know it's a busy time of year but I would at least like to see the shipping status. I didn't receive a USPS receipt the last time, either, like I do with Symphony Scents that very day or the next.

That's what I would do. It's most likely they are busy at this time of the year.

Yes, I contacted the supplier Friday and no answer. But the pkg did finally arrive. I totally think you should recieve a tracking number. It seems only right to me to provide the customer with that.
