Have you tried Wholesale Supplies Plus. Their Shea Butter Melt & Pour Soap Base fits the description. I am sure they have other bases that are vegan and palm free.

What are you talking about? I have been there! The shea butter m&p & other bases have “Non-GMO & Sustainable Palm”.
