I was going to buy a large bottle of olive at the grocery store, it had a weirs sediment in the bottom, is it ok? i dont see it in any other ones.

For me personally - I would avoid it. I've had some that was like that and I wasn't really happy with my results - but that's just me being way too fussy..... :?

Not being fussy. I would not buy it. I think it is old and tending to start going.

Did it have an expiry date on it. If I was desperate and the date was good and it smelt fresh ,I would strain it through a coffee filter.

Olive oil can go like that if it gets cold, maybe that's it. Once it's warmed it normally goes away.
