Old recipe discovered

This old soap recipe was typed on a manual typewriter, folded
and stuck in a book my sister found at a garage sale. She said
all the stuff from the sale, including the book looked like it was
from the '60. Pretty cool.

Ammonia, though?? :shock: I don't know about that one.

That's what I was thinking -- or general purpose "house cleaning soap"

It's funny though:
We have salt and sugar in our recipes.

I'll confess that I've made soap with borax 1 t. ppo,
and I use salt and sugar, ..... but I haven't gone as far
as add ammonia! LOL
