Okay, I am pretty upset right now

On June 28 I ordered my first 8 lbs of palm oil on line with Oils by Nature Inc. I got my receipt, which showed that it was processed that same day and that it was going to shipped soon through UPS. I know we had a 4th of July holiday and UPS wasn't operating Monday. Yesterday I was mostly downstairs in my living room waiting for that knock on the door by the UPS man, but nothing. I called them this morning and told them I had not received my product. My name was in the computer as a paid customer, but the person there told me that she had to go to the back and find my tracking numer and will call back. Half-an-hour later she called back and told me that she couldn't find my UPS tracking number, had spoken to the guys in warehouse and that he should be calling me sometime today.

I can't believe this is happening. Has anyone ever had any trouble with this company? I'm really upset right now because this should have never happened. I paid these people and this is what I get in return. Is there something I can do about this, like making them pay overnight delivery? Thanks.
 
I use them alot, never had any problems, call and speak to a mgr. sorry for your hassle, try soaperschoice next time, the shipping is less!
