Oily soap

Hello everyone! I am wondering if anyone has ever had a problem with soap becoming oily when the bar is almost used up? I saw no kind of separation during the blending or while curing. Any ideas of cause and/or how to fix? All answers are greatly appreciated, thanks, and happy shaping to all!

Hi, is this a regular thing (recipe or process) or a one off thing (process)?
Could you post your recipe? And photos if that’s possible? It could be pouring at too light a trace, inadequately mixed ingredients (FO maybe), too much water, too much FO, partially gelled soap.
