Check out this gluggy oat starch clump that formed when I added my lye to my oatmilk and water!
It was 200g oatmilk (homemade) with 420g water, so 30% oatmilk approx.
That’s a tablespoon I’m using in the photo, not a teaspoon. There was about quarter of a cup of this clumpy stuff in there! I had to stick blend it in, and then force it through a strainer to get rid of it.
