Does it bother you when you get nuetral feedback at places like etsy or ebay?

I had a gal over the Holidays order a couple items. She did not want to pay the higher international shipping so I lowered her shipping (at my expense) by $2.00. Then she did not pay right away & saw I was running a Holiday sale & asked could I apply the sale price to her back order, so I did & refunded 25%. I shipped in 7 days (HOliday back-up on shipping). She left me nuetral feedback saying I shipped slow & my soap colors were a bit blurred  . She also posted I shipped to the wrong address. I copy & paste all adress info straight from orders so *if* it went to the wrong place it was her error.

Boy do I want to leave a piece of my mind in her feedback zone, which happens to be sitting at *o* at the moment. I know it would not be professional but at the same time I think other sellers should be made aware of her.

there is nothing wrong with describing the situation exactly as you have just done. it's not accusatory or judgmental - just the facts.

some people you couldn't please if you'd sent $100 along with the order!

sounds like she was feeling miserable and needed company by ruining someone else's day.

could be worse-could have married into your family and then you'd be stuck with here EVERY christmas!

honestly, i just don't know what gets into people anymore-it's not how I was raised!

I would give her positive feedback (after all, she did pay, and that's all she's responsible for), but in the comments section mention that she did not give you the proper address and also mention the special discounts that you gave her.

One thing I really hate is when I leave a seller a neutral or negative and they hit me with one back when I paid quickly. It's really not professional at all.

I know it's hard not to give her one back because you feel like the feedback she left you was unfair, but I think the right thing to do is just give her the positive and explain the issues in the comments.

As of yet, I have not left her any feedback. I do think a buyer is responsible for more than just paying. If it were that simple there would just be a box to check was payment maye yes/no. I think they have a responsibility to conduct a descent & truthful transaction.
