Newby, sourcing ingredients

Hello,
I'm a newly to soap making but thought I'd try to make some liquid castile soap. It calls for potassium hydroxide. Does anyone know where to get it in Melbourne Australia, or which suppliers can ship it? AussieSoapSupplies don't ship it.

I get mine from a commercial cleaning supplies shop. Google them in Melbourne and ring the shops. You can also buy it from chemical suppliers but they only sell it in bulk.
