I made my first batch the other night, a nice cranberry oatmeal. Is it normal for it to be kind of still rubbery afte ronly 4-5 days after cutting? I mean it's not real soft but there is some bend to it.
Mine are usually a little on the soft side for a while, maybe because I don't do a water discount. Made some about 3 days ago and it still has quite a bit of give to it, made some same recipe about 4 weeks ago and it is rock hard now.
