I had a problem with some Spearmint Essential oil after using more than half of a 500 ml bottle. I let them know and I sent pictures of not only what was going wrong but also the bottle. I also included a picture of the amount left on the scale so they could see how much I had left.
Well they sent me a whole new 500 ml bottle of the EO gratis. The oil I had gotten was the end of a barrel and was discoloured. Although fine for soap, it wasn't fine for lotions or tooth soap.
They didn't have to replace the whole bottle. Many would not have and some that I can name.
So I can state that New Directions has shown themselves to be a vendor that values our business.
