Have found a recipe that the family really likes. Think that it might be even better with goats milk in it. Question is--do I just replace the water with the milk? Thanks for your help.
If you use goat's milk at all with the lye, you'll want to freeze it and slowly add the lye over the milk to keep it from burning. Otherwise, just go about making your soap as usual.
Thank You. That is what I thought, but wanted to make sure. My very first batch of soap was goats milk soap. A very simple recipe that I was learning with. Will be trying it now on this other recipe. Thanks Again!!
