Neopolitan Ice Cream

My rendition of Neopolitan Ice Cream. I added 1 tablespoon of goat milk powder to the batch. The colors are TD and Nurture's Raspberry Red. The bottom is uncolored and slowly darkening. I added little sugar sprinkles to the top a d I'm honestly surprised the sugar crystals are a till there. I figured that they would have dissolved and just left the color behind.

Thank y'all! It smells pretty edible too lol. Just wish I'd gone a little heavier with the fragrance. I only added it to the bottom layer at 5% of its weight. Might bump it up to 6% or 7% next time.
