Neon Pigments for CP?

Anyone know the difference in the way a pigment would behave as opposed to mica?
Here's a description from the website:

Resin Polyester 3 (Proprietary): 98.8%

Pigment Red #7 1.2%

pH: Between 6-9%

Particle Size: 1-2 Microns

I use a couple of different neon pigments from Brambleberry. They are stronger than micas, so you can get away with using less of them. They don't shimmer like micas, but I really like them for their vibrancy or 'pop' factor.
