Needing Help with bathtub fun for grand baby

Hello ladies. I'm new here. I have a question for you.
My daughter n law wants me to create a safe 'paint' for my grandson when he's in the bath. He is 19 months old and loves to play in the tub.

We tried shaving cream with dye in it and it stained. Badly .


Does anyone here sell tub paints or have a recipe they'd like to share?!
We would really appreciate it.
