I made a batch of soap tonight. Problem is I used a small amount of
beeswax. When I mixed the lye water with the oils everything went
well. The soap was smooth and starting to reach trace. I turned my back for about 30 seconds and the mixture went from smooth to chunky. I think the oils weren't hot enough when blended with the beeswax. I tried to smooth it out but it stayed chunky. So I put it
it the mold. Is this soap worth keeping or should I throw it out?

IMHO - Chunky soap is still soap.

Many seemingly soap blunders are actually salvagable.

If you don't like the look of chunky soap then after it's set
a few days but before it's too hard you can just rebatch it
or shred it for other add ins, lots of options.

How did the soap turn out after it was cut?

color me confused.

if the oils weren't hot enough when mixed with the BW, the BW have solidified then...

Sounds more like the soap seized - did you use an FO? Which one?

It seized. It got hard and chunky within seconds of it getting ready to reach trace. So what can I do?

well, you can see how it turned out - and if you have no oozing lye liquid or zap and you like the appearance then you do nothing.

but if it's not ok, then you rebatch it!

How can you tell if it's lye oozing out? I had this same problem last night and I have oozing out of my ind. mold bars under the saran wrap, but it's not a clear liquid, to me it looks like FO? But mine turned from thin trace to lumpy applesauce texture really fast...I dumped into the ind. molds and hoped for the best this morning...but all I see is some oozing now...not sure what to do with it??
