Everytime I make camel's milk soap it seems to be very drying to my skin. I use the same oils for my other soaps and those soaps are just fine. What can I do to make the camel's milk soap more moisturizing?

I use olive, coconut, palm and soy. These oils work well with my other soaps.

camel's milk has a variable fat content, depending on how much water they've drunk - but regardless I don't see why it would make your soap drying.

- what superfat/lye discount do you use? (or better yet, please post your complete formula)
- do others think so as well, or are you the only tester? perhaps you are sensitive to it for some reason.

I am the only tester. I use 5% superfat

7 olive
6 coconut
5 palm
4 soy

looks good to me - I suggest that you have someone else test it, and have them use it for at least 3 days before giving you their opinion = any major change in skin care seems to take time for your skin to settle into it.
