I just wanted to say that I had a recent order from NG and they forgot to ship one of my fragrance oils. I emailed them and immediately they emailed me back, letting me know that it would be in the mail that same day. A couple of days later it arrived at my house! They were super friendly about it and it was much appreciated. I love doing business there and their FOs are great quality.
