Here are the soaps I made this weekend. All are Hp.
First up is Chocolate Mint. With natural coco butter...around 7%. It is scented with a blend of peppermint and spearmint EOs and swirled with cocoa powder.
Next up is buttermilk Bastille. This has 100 % buttermilk for the liquid part. Pureed carrot (used buttermilk to puree the carrot with), almost equal amounts of OO and lard, 7% shea butter, 4% castor, and 2% beeswax. Honey added after the cook. I wanted to see what a 33% lye solution would do for a HP castille type soap. It's hard as a rock already....in fact I probably should've cut it a bit sooner.
This next one is scented with Tangerine! It smells DEVINE, but the phone rang and distracted me so the soap got a bit too cool to do a decent swirl.
And last but not least Carnation. IRL its a mauve color. Dont know why it doesn't look that way in the pic....other than I suck at photography. :?
TFL!
