My soap went jelly!!!

I tried to make glycerin soap with vegetarian margarine instead of tallow and it went jelly !!
Before this time I tried to make it with margarine and it went good , but this time it went jelly, i dont know where the wrong is!!
Here is my recipe:
Glycerin 88gm
Margarine 100gm
Castic soda 25
Water 50
Cetric acid 23
Sugar 42
Water28
Alcohol 85

The teenagers over here in the States would think that is a really cool soap. I haven't made melt and pour, so I can't help solve your issue. For those who can, could you list the ingredients in your margarine?

I didn’t add flavors , it is normal soap smell
